AhiaIntel Ltd. is a technology company incorporated in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. We are building Vantage, a business intelligence platform. Our website is ahiaintel.com and you can reach us at info@ahiaintel.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit our website or join our waitlist.

Information you provide directly

• Email address: when you submit our waitlist form, we collect the email address you provide.
• Source: we record whether you signed up via the main hero form or the footer call-to-action. This is a label (for example, "hero" or "cta"), not personal information.

Information collected automatically

Vercel (hosting provider): our website is hosted on Vercel Inc.'s infrastructure. Vercel may log standard server data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages requested, HTTP response codes, and timestamps. This is standard infrastructure logging used for uptime monitoring and security. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Vercel Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our website in aggregate. It collects:

• Pages visited and time of visit
• Referring URL (the page you came from)
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Browser type
• Country of visit (derived from IP address; the IP address itself is not stored)

Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not share data with advertising networks. The data is aggregated and anonymized, and we use it only to understand overall traffic patterns and improve the website.

Cookies and analytics

Because Vercel Analytics is cookieless, we do not display a cookie consent banner for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or other third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. If this changes, we will update this policy and implement any required consent mechanisms.

We will not use your email address for any purpose other than those listed above without obtaining your explicit consent first.

Waitlist submissions are stored in Supabase, a database platform operated by Supabase Inc. Supabase stores data on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Data may be stored on servers located in the United States or other regions depending on the project configuration.

When we send you email updates, your email address is transmitted to Resend Inc., our email delivery provider, which also operates on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Resend retains email delivery logs for a limited period for delivery tracking and debugging.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. These include:

• Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS
• Row-level security policies on our database
• Access controls limiting who can view stored data
• Regular review of our data handling practices

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

We retain your email address on our waitlist until one of the following occurs:

• You request deletion (see Section 7 below)
• Vantage launches and we migrate to a formal user account system, at which point we will provide a clear opt-in
• We determine that the waitlist is no longer active and delete all records

Vercel server logs are retained in accordance with Vercel's standard retention policies, typically up to 30 days. Vercel Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized and is not subject to individual deletion requests since no personal data is stored in it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

• Vercel Inc.: our website hosting provider, processing standard server request data. Vercel does not have access to your waitlist email address.
• Vercel Analytics: processes anonymized, aggregated website usage data. No personally identifiable information, including email addresses, is shared with it.
• Supabase: our database provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf. Your waitlist email address is stored there under its Data Processing Agreement.
• Resend: our email delivery provider. Resend does not use your email address for its own marketing purposes. Its privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or government authority, we may disclose your information.
• Business transfers: if AhiaIntel Ltd. is acquired, merged, or transfers its assets, your information may transfer to the new entity, subject to the same protections described in this policy.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information. We honor all of these requests regardless of where you are based.

• Access: ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your email address from our waitlist at any time. We will do so within 14 days.
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Portability: ask us to provide your data in a machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@ahiaintel.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

AhiaIntel Ltd. is incorporated in Nigeria and processes personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the regulations issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

Under the NDPA, you have the rights described in Section 7 above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the NDPC if you believe your rights have been violated. The NDPC can be reached at ndpc.gov.ng.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, the following applies:

• The legal bases for processing described in Section 3 apply.
• Your data may be transferred outside your jurisdiction (to Nigeria and to AWS servers operated by Supabase). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
• EEA residents may lodge complaints with their local data protection authority.

By submitting your email address, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and stored in Nigeria and other countries where data protection laws may differ from your home jurisdiction.

Our website and waitlist are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at info@ahiaintel.com and we will delete it promptly.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version with a new effective date at the top of this page. If we make material changes that affect how we use your personal information, we will notify you by email (if you are on our waitlist) or by posting a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
